Designer Severe Erase

Like myself and many women across the globe bags are always a must have. Bags are the finishing touch to a great outfit. Its in our nature to obsess over our signature bags. Whether their vintage originals(I own 11!) or high fashion designer goods from Louis to Marc we simply go crazy for them. Hatian born bag designer Severe Erase is working hard to make sure that you ladies add her to the "it" list of must have bags!

The fashion industry today is full of carbon copied individuals who "want to be apart of the hype," the Queens resident and daughter of two tailors annoyingly confesses in a phone interview. It's an honest truth that everybody today wants to be a designer, stylist, boutique owner, gossip blogger...I could go on for days but the difference with Sevy is that she's extremely passionate about her craft. Passionate enough that she's dedicated in bringing back a strong sense of femeninity and regal appeal to a woman's look. With so many bag lines around Sevy finds her individual influence and style from pleasurable works, culture and of course her dear customers. This working girl and Brooklyn College student(my school mate, lol) who is greatly inspired by her mom and God designs to cater to a woman's need. Sevy designs all types of bags from hobos to clutches and leather totes. Her line consists of signature fabrics such as smooth leathers and beautifully colored suedes. Sevy's prices can range from 120$ to $530 and that's not bad at all for handmade bags that are constructed by herself. Since her launch in 2006 her bags has been featured in Uptown magazine, Channel 21 on "Fashion Stop" and was even donated to Brooklyn College for Aid's Awareness. She will become an international brand name and I gurantee you that her bags will never be outdated. Simply classic!
